Virtual Classes

The best way to get started in yoga is to wake up a few minutes earlier and add it to your morning routine! Our virtual classes are 30 minutes long and currently held in the mornings at 6:00am and 7:30am, Monday Wednesday and Friday.

In-Person Classes

Join us, in-person, at any of our yoga events! We have an in-studio session on Sunday evenings at 6pm. When the Spring Season comes, we will be hosting Goat Yoga, Yoga on the Farm, Yoga in the Park, and several free community events!!
